When you enter our social-professional network, we may collect your last name, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address and photos of you at work, together with economic and banking information.

Why do we process your data?
The processing of your personal data is in the legitimate interest of OISANS TOURISME. In this context, the collected information enables us to draw up internal statistics.
The data are also enables us to contact you, respond to your needs and requests, monitor and manage our contractual relationship and meet any future legal obligations.
Who can access your data?
Your personal data is only sent to the internal departments of the tourist office processing your data according to requirements. Your data as a professional may also be sent to the Communauté de communes de l’Oisans. However, the data will never be sent to sub-contractors, third parties or external bodies. OISANS TOURISME is not involved and will not be involved in selling, transferring or communicating your personal data. Subsequently, OISANS TOURISME will not transfer data outside of the European Union.
OISANS TOURISME makes no automated decisions based on your personal data. No profiling is involved in processing and the data we collect will never be used without human intervention.
