Restaurant Auberge Edelweiss

We offer "chalkboard" menus that change every evening, featuring several choices of appetizers, main courses (including a vegetarian option), cheeses, and desserts—all homemade with local and seasonal ingredients and drawing inspiration from around the world.

In winter, meals are served in the restaurant with its soft lighting and fireplace.

During the summer, weather permitting, all meals are served on the terrace with stunning panoramic views of the La Meije massif and its glaciers. And with a little luck, you’ll witness breathtaking sunsets.

Every evening, our homemade bread will accompany your meals, and you can choose from the wide selection of wines in our cellar—French wines and those from all over the world, with over 500 varieties.

If you’re looking for a place with great food, fine wine, and a pleasant evening with attentive yet informal service, the Auberge Edelweiss is the place for you. If you’d like to enjoy a fondue or raclette dinner, we’re sorry, but you’ll need to choose another restaurant in the village.
