Even though the restaurant uses local ingredients, its cuisine stands out from other mountain establishments by omitting traditional fondues and raclettes from the menu. The chef passionately crafts recipes inspired by cuisines from around the world to amaze and delight guests. In an original way that fully highlights the pure flavors.
