Gîte d’étape Les Mélèzes – Allirand Frédérique

In the heart of the typical Alpine village of Villar d'Arène, Gîte les Mélèzes is an essential stopover for many mountain lovers. The rooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people, are some equipped with en-suite shower rooms, while others, in the "gîte" version, share sanitary facilities with the other rooms upstairs. Its location in the Ecrins National Park means you can explore the slopes and peaks in a variety of ways. Cyclists who take on the legendary cols of the Tour de France, such as the Galibier or the Izoard, will find a special welcome for their mounts at the Gîte les Mélèzes. Others can explore the surrounding mountains by hiking, skiing or climbing, the possibilities being endless.

The gîte can accommodate 56 people on 4 floors, in rooms of 1 to 6 beds, bed linen not provided.

Located on the village square, the gîte is ideally situated for your stay in our beautiful Haute Romanche region.
The hotel features a lounge, terrace, bar and TV lounge, as well as a family-style kitchen offering a wealth of local flavors.
A small communal playground is right in front of the gîte, and not far away you'll find a grocery store, souvenir stores, a tobacconist/newsagent, 2 café-bars and a sports store.

Many outdoor activities await you.

This accommodation has been awarded the "Accueil Cyclo Oisans - 2 vélos" label, and therefore offers facilities and services adapted to cyclists. It also offers the E-Bike service: recharge your electrically-assisted bike here on request (remember to bring your charger).
